While sending one train looking into something else, I managed to get the visualisation in. It’s very clear now where the colliders are of the tiles and also of the entities. Immediately I can see a difference from the model in my head and what is actually happening in-game. The entity is not 45 degrees rotated. So instead of kissing the diagonal tiles, it only touches it with one corner. It’s also way clearer what the angle difference is between the normal of the tile and the normal of the entity. So I can only say that I am very happy I took this step. Though the problem doesn’t solve itself, so I still have to work on that part.
